SAVORY CHOPPED SPINACH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 slices crisp crumbled bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. dried minced green onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt to taste

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Add softened cream cheese and stir until blended. Add remaining ingredients and blend together. Bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
