SAUSAGE BALLS | |
1 lb. hot sausage 1 lb. jalapeno pepper cheese OR 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper if using Cheddar cheese (optional) 3 c. Bisquick Mix cheese with sausage and let stand until soft. The cayenne pepper may be added to the Bisquick at this time. Add Bisquick mixture to the cheese and sausage. Mix with your hands. Form into balls. Works well to freeze balls first, then bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. |
