HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans hominy (drained)
3 tbsp. grated onions
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 lg. can diced green chilies
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients listed above together. Spread 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 3 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made the day before and heated before serving. Serves 12.
