HOT CHILI DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 env. (1 3/4 oz.) chili mix
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. water
Corn chips

Cook ground beef and green pepper in skillet; stir to crumble, until beef browns; drain fat. Stir in chili mix, tomato paste, cream cheese and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Keep warm in electric skillet, chafing dish or fondue pot. Serve with chips.
