SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
5 slices bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, fried and crumbled (or use 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 lb. bacon)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix and beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Add cubed bread and cheese and stir. Add sausage and bacon. Put in 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
