TOMATO SALSA 
24 lg. peeled tomatoes (chopped)
2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. green peppers (chopped)
3 chopped hot yellow peppers
4 crushed red chili peppers
3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar (use 1 c. for sweeter sauce)
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. vinegar

Boil until desired thickness. Place in canning jars. Process in water bath 30 minutes.

May want to reduce or add more peppers to taste.
