TOMATO SALSA 
4 sm. (2 c.) tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions (fine)
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped fine
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coriander of Chinese parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

In large container, combine all ingredients, cover; chill several hours.

Makes 3 cups.
