SCROD 
2 lb. scrod
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Lemon juice
Mushrooms

Layer bottom of pan with mushrooms. Add scrod thin layers over lapping one another. Pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle on lemon juice. Shred on cheese. Cover with wet wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Then remove wax paper. Cook for 5 minutes.
