PRICKLY PEAR JELLY 
1 c. pear juice
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 bottle Certo

Combine juice and sugar. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Add Certo, boil for 1 minute. Pour in sterilized jars or glasses and seal or cover with paraffin wax.
