HERB LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
2 tbsp. spaghetti sauce mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Pinch of salt

Roll dough out to 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Combine butter, spaghetti sauce mix, and snipped parsley. Spread on dough. Roll jelly roll fashion, beginning with long sides; seal. Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheet. Brush with water; sprinkle with a little salt. Let rise until almost doubled (about 1 hour). Make shallow slashes across top. Bake at 375 degrees until done (about 30 minutes). Makes 1 loaf.
