DUTCH CARROTS 
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. sliced onions
4 c. cooked, diced carrots
Salt & pepper

Fry bacon until crisp; remove bacon. Cook onion in drippings; add carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish; garnish with bacon. Yield: 6 servings.
