HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 2 lg. cans crushed pineapple 1 lg. container Cool Whip Cherries Coconut Nuts Pre pare cake mix as on box. Bake on large cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes at temperature on the box. Mix soft cream cheese, instant pudding, 1 1/2 cups of milk together. Mixture may be a little lumpy (that's okay). Spread pudding mixture over completely cooled cake top. Thoroughly drain pineapple juice. Spread pineapple over pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle Cool Whip with coconut and chopped nuts. Place whole cherries on the entire top of the cake. Refrigerate. It is better if you make it on the day you are going to eat it. |
