FAJITA MARINADE 
Chicken or turkey
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 lime juice
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and pour in Ziploc bag. Add chicken and marinate overnight. Grill. Thinly slice and serve in a flour tortilla (heated) with salsa, sour cream, sauteed peppers and onions, etc.
