STUFFED STEAK 
1 round steak, about 2 lbs.
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp. water

Melt butter in fry pan. Add onion and cook until done. Mix in bred crumbs and seasonings of your choice. Stir in egg and water. Spread dressing on steak. Roll up like for jelly roll. Tie with string. Brown meat roll. Place in roaster. Add 1/2 cup water. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours in slow oven. Slice and serve.
