SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen sugarless apple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Salt to taste
5 lg. apples, peeled and sliced

Heat apple juice and cornstarch stirring constantly until thick. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Pour over apples and mix well. Spoon into unbaked pie crust. Cover and seal with another crust. Brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
