SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice, unsweetened
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
5 c. sliced apples
2 ready to fill pie crusts

Cook apple juice, cornstarch and spices until thick; add salt and stir. Add sliced apples to the mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell and top with the second shell. Prick holes in the shell and place butter on top. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
