SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, concentrated
2 tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot
5 lg. apples or enough to fill pie pan
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon or cardamom or apple pie spice and a little vanilla
Salt to taste

Heat juice and thicken with cornstarch. Add butter and seasoning. Peel and slice apples. Add to hot juice and stir. Sprinkle in salt. Pour into pie shell and cover with crust. Spread a little butter or soy milk with cinnamon and drizzle honey over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
