CHOCOLATE DOUBLE DELIGHTS 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2 tbsp. water
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (one 12 oz. pkg.)
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine sugar and butter in saucepan. Place over moderate heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Remove from heat; and stir in water. Add chocolate chips and stir well until melted. Beat in eggs. Sift together remaining dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto greased sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and sandwich together with cream filling.
