CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
8 or 9 inch pie crust
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. cold water
2 tsp. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cocoa
1 c. whipping cream, well chilled
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle gelatin onto cold water in custard cup, let stand 1 minute to soften, add boiling water. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Combine sugar and cocoa in chilled small mixer bowl, add cream and vanilla. Beat 30 seconds on low speed or until blended. Pour into chilled crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.
