CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and seasoned with butter
3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes with milk and butter added

Pick chicken off bones; break into small pieces and place in bottom of casserole dish. Pour mushroom soup over chicken. Add peas and carrots for next layer, and then the mashed potato to completely cover, for final layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
