CHICKEN AND RICE DRESSING 
1 onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 c. of rice
1 c. of butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. chicken breast
Salt & Pepper to taste

Warm 1 cup of butter in microwave until it is melted. In large mixing bowl, add bell pepper, onion, rice and all soups. Stir well. Pour half of butter into large casserole dish then add rice mixture. Place chicken on top of the rice mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the rest of the butter on top of the chicken. Place in pre-heated oven at 275°F F for 2-1/2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
