3 c. water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange tapioca pudding 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 3 sm. cans mandarin oranges (drained) 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 c. whipping cream (or 1 lg. Cool Whip) Dissolve Jello, pudding mixes in 3 cups water. Cook until it comes to a boil. Remove and cool. When cool fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip and fruit. Chill. Can be made day before it is used. It's hard to find orange tapioca pudding so I use vanilla tapioca in place of it. |
