SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. beef, chopped
1 can Campbell's beef bouillon
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 can of soup mixed with meat.

Add all above ingredients together. Make small meat balls and fry in butter.

SAUCE:

8 oz. or 4 oz. mushrooms, stems and pieces or sliced
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream

Saute' mushrooms in pan. Add flour, mix with soup, pour over mushrooms. Add cream slowly and stir in parsley. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer covered for (10) minutes.
