Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.

1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine confectioners' sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Add cream and vanilla; beat until stiff.
