2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. cold water
2 env. chocolate
3 eggs

Blend together all ingredients together; grease the bottom of a cake pan. Pour mixture into pan. Top with 1 cup chips and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
