3 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 1/2-2 lb. chicken parts
1/2 lb. sausage cut into chunks
1/4 c. cooking oil

Mix together in small bowl: 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange potatoes in a 3 quart shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2 of seasonings. Arrange sausages and chicken over potatoes. Pour oil over the potatoes, chicken and sausages. Sprinkle remaining seasonings over this. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer at 325 degrees.
