FLUFFY SEVEN MINUTE ICING 
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. corn syrup
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat first 5 ingredients slowly in saucepan to boiling; cook until mixture spins a thread. Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Beat until thick and cool enough to spread. Add vanilla. Spread on cake. Yield: Frosting for a 2 layer cake.
