COMPANY CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker crust, prepared
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Beat cream cheese, gradually adding 1 cup sugar until fluffy with mixer. Add peel and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour over crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees or until firm (little browns around edge). Cool to room temperature and spread on sour cream and let harden. Can add fruit topping when serving.
