BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans cooked noodles or macaroni
2 cans (5 3/4 oz.) North American steak sauce with mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion in butter until soft. Add ground beef. Cook until brown. Combine with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish with cooked noodles. Mix well. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

May be topped with Parmesan cheese at end of baking, if desired.
