MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can black olives (drained)
2-3 zucchini (cut diagonally)
Cherry tomatoes (carton)
1 lg. broccoli (flowerettes)
1 carton fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1-2 green peppers (cut in rings)
1-2 cucumbers (peeled and sliced)

MARINADE:

3/4 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients with marinade overnight. Add mushrooms, green peppers and cucumbers the day of serving. This keeps in the marinade for a week. Drain before serving. Attractive as salad or appetizer.
