SPINACH SALAD 
Body:

2 bags spinach
8 slices bacon- fried and diced
1/3 c. toasted almonds
1 bunch green onions
1 oz. packaged diced mushrooms
1 c. french bean sprouts

Wash spinach and dry on paper towel. Mix everything together. Set in refrigerator to keep chilled. 1/2 hour before serving add dressing.

Dressing:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend in blender or shake well.
