CHINESE CHEWS 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 well beaten eggs

Sift dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 14 inch pan. Bake in slow oven 300-325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Then cut in squares or oblong. Dust with powdered sugar.
