1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, soften
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix these ingredients. (Will be crumbly.) Spread in a greased and floured (13x9 inch) pan.

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soften)
2 eggs

Beat and pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. "Enjoy it!
