MRS. HANSOLIS CHOCOLATE ICEBOX
DESSERT
 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Cream butter, sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla. Then add 2 squares unsweetened melted chocolate or Hershey's liquid. Beat up (firm) the 3 egg whites and fold into above mixture. Butter pan lightly and line with crushed graham crackers. Add your chocolate mixture on top of this layer and put in freezer. Allow 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream to soften and put on top of chocolate layer. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of ice cream and freeze.
