CHOCOLATE ICEBOX DESSERT 
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. angel food cake broken into pieces
Chopped pecans or sliced almonds

Over hot water dissolve chips. Add sugar. Beat egg yolks and whites separately. Fold yolks into chips first, then whites. Whip cream and fold it in, then carefully fold in cake pieces. Put in 9x13 pan; top with nuts (if desired). chill several hours, preferably overnight. This also could be spooned into sherbet glasses and chilled.
