BROCCOLI SALAD 
SALAD:

6 c. broccoli florets
6 to 9 chopped green onions
6 to 8 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 to 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts or sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Add dressing to mix just before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
