BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut in pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
16 slices bacon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Fry bacon and place on paper towels to remove grease, then crumble. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins, peanuts, and sunflower seeds in bowl. Wait until before serving to add dressing. Make and refrigerate but toss last.
