TURKEY MARINADE 
2 c. sauterne wine
1 c. vegetable oil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients together and use to marinade boneless turkey breasts, legs or thighs. Marinate at least 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator before barbecuing.
