STIR FRY CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 cup vegetable oil
3 whole cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning

Combine ingredients, using Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste. Prepare mixture one day in advance to ensure best flavor. Used to marinate chicken at least one hour before cooking.
