SHIPWRECK 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes (sliced or quartered)
1-2 med. onions (sliced or chopped)
1 can kidney beans or chili beans
1 can tomato soup

Break ground beef into pieces and cover bottom of casserole dish. Put potatoes on top of beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Put onions on top of potatoes. Add kidney beans with juice. Pour tomato soup (no water) over top of beans. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
