2 1/2 qts. water
2 lbs. hamburg
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 pt. sour cream

Boil water. Crumble in meat until colored. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add broth to sour cream until smooth. Put in soup pot. Pour over elbows or shells.
