TASTE - OF - THE - WILD BREAD 
2 c. rolled oats
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. (or more) wild herb

Grind oats in a blender. Add remaining ingredients (except wild herb) and mix. Stir in wild herb. Bake in 8-inch square pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

This recipe is also great for a wild herb bread. Simply omit the berries and add a tablespoonful or more of your favorite herb.
