ROTEL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken; cooked, deboned, and chopped
1 chopped onion
3/4 lb. sliced American cheese
1 pkg. Doritos, crushed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place chopped onion over meat. Put sliced cheese evenly over mixture. Put 1/2 bag crushed chips on top of cheese. Mix soup with Rotel tomatoes in bowl. Pour soup mixture over chips and cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips over top of soup. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

Substitute 1 1/2 pound hamburger for chicken and cream of celery soup for cream of chicken soup. Tastes more like taco.
