STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. unsalted, crushed pretzels (break up by hand in bite size pieces)
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
16 oz. frozen strawberries

Crush pretzel by hand, then add melted butter and sugar; mix in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cool crust. In bowl, add 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Beat together, then blend 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust (first layer). In another bowl, mix 6 ounces strawberry Jello, 2 cups boiling water, and 16 ounces strawberries. Pour over first layer. Chill in refrigerator until set.
