CINNAMON APPLE SALAD 
1/4 c. miniature cinnamon candies
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. diced apples
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. English walnuts (or any kind nuts)

Dissolve candy in 1 cup water over medium heat. Add enough boiling water to make 1 1/2 cup liquid. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. When mixture begins to thicken, fold in apples, celery and nuts. Chill.
