SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained 2 cans cream of potato soup 2 eggs, beaten 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together, using half of the shredded cheese. Put in a casserole, top with remaining cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
