SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
6-8 chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dressing, soup mix, and preserves; mix well. Lightly grease 13 x 9 pan. Place chicken in pan. Pour sauce over all.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with rice.
