CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. fresh cranberries, ground
2 tart apples, peeled, cored and ground
1 orange, unpeeled, seeded and ground
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts or pecans, ground
1 tsp. red food coloring

Grind the cranberries, apples, orange and nuts in a food processor and mix well. Add sugar and food coloring, stirring until blended. Chill and store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart. Great with chicken or ham, also on hot buttered biscuits.
