JUANITA'S CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. raw cranberries
1 whole orange, peel & all
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Jello

Grind together cranberries, orange and pecans. Mix Jello in enough hot water to dissolve Jello. Add to mixture. Refrigerate. Will freeze up to one year.
