CRANBERRY RELISH (BLENDER) 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. orange, quartered, seeds removed but not peeled
1 tart apple, cored & sliced, but not peels
1 1/2 - 2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. pecans

Put in blender the Jello and hot water. Blend a few seconds to dissolve. Add sugar and salt; blend. Add orange and apple. Blend until pieces are small. Add cranberries; blend. Add nuts; blend. Put in serving dish and chill. Can also be put in a Jello mold.
